Privacy Policy
Updated 20 August 2026
This document describes what personal data the ibirAi.com website collects, why, and who it is shared with. The controller is ibirAi. It is based on the Republic of Kazakhstan law “On Personal Data and Its Protection” No. 94-V of 21 May 2013; GDPR applies to visitors from the EU.
What we collect
- “Discuss a pilot” form: name, company, work email, phone (optional), planned number of workers to train.
- Trend newsletter signup: name (optional) and email.
- Training-system diagnostic: name, email, phone, industry, company size, role and answers to the questions.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and visit time — collected automatically.
Why
- To get back to you about your enquiry and discuss a pilot.
- To send your diagnostic result and newsletter material.
- To limit how many requests come from one address, as protection against automated submissions.
- To understand which parts of the site get read, and improve them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for anyone else's advertising. It is processed only by the services the site needs to work:
- Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) — form submissions reach our team in the messenger.
- Supabase — storage of diagnostic results.
- Resend — delivery of the diagnostic result email.
- Upstash — temporary storage of the IP address for rate limiting.
- Vercel — site hosting and server logs.
- A newsletter service on the domain tracking-server-livid.vercel.app — trend-newsletter subscriber addresses.
- Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) — de-identified visit statistics.
AI processing
- The written analysis of a diagnostic result is produced by a language model (DeepSeek, Anthropic or OpenAI).
- Name, email and phone are never sent to the model. The fields that are sent are constrained at the type level and checked automatically on every build: industry, headcount, role, answers and the computed result.
Cookies and analytics
- The site uses Yandex Metrica, which sets its own cookies to count visits.
- You can turn them off in your browser settings or with a blocker — the site keeps working either way.
- A separate cookie stores your chosen interface language.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and correspondence — for as long as needed to work with you as a client, and no longer than three years from the last contact.
- Diagnostic results — up to three years.
- A newsletter address — until you unsubscribe.
- The IP used for rate limiting — up to one hour.
Your rights
- Request a copy of your data, have it corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
- Withdraw consent to processing and unsubscribe — every email carries the link.
- Complain to the competent personal-data protection authority.
How to reach us
- Write to gani@abadan.kz or WhatsApp +7 701 918 88 38. We reply within a working week.
